When inquired about my income and taxes,

I began railing against the Ruler’s lapses;

When questioned regarding my Balance Sheets,

I scrolled and showed them some of my tweets;

They sought details about cash and accounts,

I screamed murder at the hands of Tax hounds;

The Regime’s opponents stood by my side,

But the sought immunity was roundly denied;

Deep down I knew the smokescreen shan’t hold,

Law is supreme and my defenses shall fold;

No activism can justify blatant fraud,

My opportunism lay completely exposed. (14)
