Sayonara KKM- Unlit Cigarettes, Extinguished Sparks

Not that he would have wanted clocks to stop,

nor for traffic to have halted for him.

Some birds might go hungry tomorrow,

A few street dogs might knock at his door. (4)

Now Novak’s corner has one less fan,

Rajni’s next film shall sell one ticket less,

His vape machine waits to be picked up again,

A good man has left for shores unknown.(8)

He leaves behind a legacy of smiles,

of care showered, of unwalked miles,

Teary-eyed friends and question marks,

Unlit cigarettes, and extinguished sparks. (12)
